Terms & Conditions

The purchase of all digital products and PDF downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

1. Access (limitations)

After the customer selects and purchases an item, they will receive an email with the link to download the file. The link does not expire. If the email isn't received, the customer must contact sprout within 24 hours and the vendor will resend the file. Sprout has the right to refuse access and cancel the download link if the customer does not comply with payment terms i.e. their payment is cancelled or charged back. 

2. Format & compatibility

Files are sent as PDFs and are compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word and browsers such as Chrome or Edge. Our digital products are designed to be compatible with the software and devices listed previously, but we are not responsible for their compatibility.

3. Disclaimer

Sprouts digital products are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of our products or any outcomes or results they may have for customers. We are not responsible for results experienced by customers, and we disclaim any guarantees, warranties, and liabilities. Sprout may not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability is capped to the fee actually paid by the customer and received by sprout.

4. Usage rights

Customers have access to our products but receive only copies, not ownership of them. The intellectual property is owned by sprout. After purchasing, customers have the right to use sprouts digital products but not sell them.

Customers are not allowed to redistribute, sell, or reproduce your digital products for commercial purposes. Customers may not share any of the digital products with third parties.

5. Payment options

Payments are accepted via Paypal. ​

6. Cancellation & refund policy

When purchasing sprouts digital products, customers agree to waive the right to a "cooling off" period. Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable. However, sprout provides a satisfaction guarantee to customers, meaning customers can get their money back if they are not satisfied with the digital product or if it was not what they expected if they contact sprout within 24 hours from purchasing. Whether or not the refund is provided is based on sprouts own discretion. In some cases, sprout may ask for proof the product was tried up to 50% to prove it's not useful/fulfilling what was advertised.

Sprout complies with privacy and data protection laws. Please refer to our privacy policy to learn about how we collect, store and use customer personal information.

8. Updates & changes

From time to time, sprout may update our digital products. Customers will need to pay for new and updated prodcuts, they're not entitled to free updated version of our digital products.
